London - The Help Agency announces its launch today with a strong line up of communication experts, dedicated to helping the UK’s Charity and Not-For-Profit sectors with communication, branding and fundraising campaigns and a brand new idea of profit sharing with clients.
The company has launched with new premises, a new team and a professed new way of doing business.
The team is essentially looking to create top-drawer marketing and fundraising solutions in partnership with non-profits and charities with a moral imperative to generate maximum efficiencies in execution.
This is a company dedicated to helping those that exist to help others. That means charities and not-for-profits only.
“The effectiveness of our work will come from helping to develop Charity and NFP brands from a more positive perspective – ensuring people become more engaged rather than turn away. Our dedicated, 100% focus on this sector will mean our values and drive for results will be completely in alignment with Charities and NFPs.” comments Andy Wakefield the Creative Director of The Help Agency.
The company will be producing fundraising campaigns, Internet solutions, branding, advertising, direct marketing and new product and service development. These campaigns will have at their heart a desire for improved return on budget investment.
Apart from only targeting and working in this sector, there is one key difference that is a real innovation which the agency believes will generate the feeling of partnership rather than mutual respect: sharing in success.
Profit sharing
The Help Agency will also keep their books transparent to clients. Not only that, they will be sharing profits with clients at the end of their financial year. 50% of profit generated will be given away as charitable donations in a way that maximises the tax efficiency on those donations.
“The drive to generate a return ensures we can grow but it also gives us an ongoing motivation to be pushing for efficiency at every opportunity, on every project. In this sector perhaps more than any, efficiency is absolutely vital. Our openness and profit sharing gives clients permission to trust our motivations and to see benefits coming back to them as a result of the success generated between us,” added Dean Hodgetts, Managing Director.
Hugh Dennis – the TV actor and comedian – is a founding director and will initially be playing a non-executive role in the agency. He commented, “It’s great that we can focus our effort on helping people who have decided to help others.”
The Help Agency is currently in the process of setting up meetings with charities and non-profits to discuss projects.
