Introducing Little ASOS A/W 09 - ASOS Launches Own-label Kidswear Collection

.New outfits from the Little ASOS A/W 09 collection

Having successfully launched its Little ASOS collection of branded kidswear in February 09, online retailer ASOS.com is now launching its first own-label kidswear collection for A/W 09

London - Catering for babies, boys and girls aged 0-8 years, ASOS’s new in-house designed collection consists of clothing and accessories which take their trend inspiration from the mainline adult A/W 09 ASOS collections.

For playtime, girls and boys printed tees featuring fun motifs such as waistcoats, bow-tie and braces and cassette tapes are easy to throw on and layer over long sleeved tees. Paired with skinny jeans in a variety of paintbox brights, this is smart, relaxed dressing.

For chillier days and smarter occasions, woollen toggle duffle coats, hooded lumberjack check shirts and cool checkerboard print cardigans are a fast track way for boys to steal a slice of Dad’s style. Girls will be spoilt for choice with an array of jewel bright pieces including faux-fur ribbon bow coats, sequin stripe dresses, and pocket detail jumpsuits - perfect party dressing style to give Mum a run for her money in the trend stakes.

“Our kidswear range is going from strength to strength. We already have a fantastic choice of brands available and with the addition of the Little ASOS collection, shoppers will now be spoilt for choice!” says Merissa Lam, Kidswear Buyer, ASOS.com

Launching online from October 2009, prices range from £4-£24 for babywear and £4-£28 for kidswear.

Little ASOS now stocks 50 labels within its branded collections including new additions Little Paul & Joe, Antik Batik and People Tree and online exclusives from Gap Kids. http://www.asos.com/kids/

Dezember 2009 in See stechen.

SJK Products Launches Onedrywash for Caravans and Onedrywash for Motorhomes

.

Two new special formulas of Onedrywash, the revolutionary waterless vehicle washing and polishing system – one for caravans and one for motorhomes – will soon be available from SJK Products

Crawley, West Sussex – SJK Products Ltd, manufacturers of the revolutionary waterless spray on, wipe off vehicle washing system, Onedrywash, announced today two new products: Motorhome Onedrywash and Caravan Onedrywash.

The Motorhome Onedrywash label

Up to now, SJK Products has only catered, specifically, for the car with its original product, Motorcar Onedrywash. But now its new products, Motorhome Onedrywash and Caravan Onedrywash are both specially formulated, as the name would suggest, for motorhomes and caravans.

The Caravan Onedrywash label

Tim Jones, SJK’s chairman, explains how these new products differ from the original: “We’ve made the product stronger so it can cope with the harsher environments that motorhome and caravan owners tend to find themselves in. It gets rid of black streaks effectively, it’s great on acrylic windows with no smearing and it can also be used on alloy wheels because it is non-aggressive.”

Onedrywash has always been popular among owners of caravans and motorhomes due to the freedom that the product gives them to be able to clean their vehicles wherever they like, rather than only where they can find a source of water. In fact, Onedrywash is now sold at over 100 caravan sites throughout the UK. Site wardens regularly request a Onedrywash product, specially formulated for caravans and motorhomes. Now SJK Products has responded with exactly that.

The SJK Products team will be providing a sneak preview of both products at International Caravan & Motorhome 2009, NEC, 13th-18th October 2009 on the Towsure stand. The two new products, priced at £10.99 for Motorhome Onedrywash and also £10.99 for Caravan Onedrywash, will be publicly available from 1st November 2009.

About Onedrywash
Onedrywash, manufactured by SJK Products Ltd in Crawley, West Sussex, UK, is a totally waterless washing system – a revolutionary way to both clean and polish one’s car, caravan, boat, motorbike, or any other metal, glass, or painted surface - with only a single application of the product. It prevents pollutants and detergents from entering the river system and each bottle (7 washes) saves 1 ton of water, so it’s good news for the environment. The product was endorsed by South East Water in 2006 and was awarded the prestigious Waterwise Marque in 2007 for its contribution towards saving water in the UK. It is available from Amazon and Autoglass who also use it to valet their clients’ vehicles. The company, SJK Products, was co-founded in 2004 by SJ Khebbal, CEO and Tim Jones, Chairman. http://www.onedrywash.com

Michael Huggan’s 2010 African Wildlife Calendar Released in Collaboration with Born Free Foundation

.
All 12 photos in Michael Huggan’s 2010 African Wildlife calendar were selected by Born Free Foundation, the wildlife charity founded by Virginia McKenna and Bill Travers

Young male lion in Selous Game Reserve, Tanzania

Alton, Hampshire: Award-winning wildlife photographer, Michael Huggan, has released his African Wildlife Calendar for 2010 in association with the world renowned international conservation and animal welfare charity, Born Free Foundation.

The 12 stunning pictures and intimate portraits which appear in the calendar were selected by the Born Free Foundation team, and sales of this outstanding photographic collection will help raise funds for the charity.

About half of the photos in the calendar are, not surprisingly, of cats whilst the remainder are of giraffes, hippopotami and elephants – each one bearing the Born Free logo.

“I noticed that Born Free - a charity I have known, worked with and supported for many years - did not have a calendar of its own, so I asked if they would like to select the photos for me for 2010 – and I am honoured that they agreed,” explains Michael.

Michael Huggan’s 2010 African Wildlife Calendar – the ideal Christmas gift - is exclusively available here: http://www.michaelhuggan.com/salesarea.php. It is 42 x 29 cm (A3) in size and is priced at £10 plus postage & packing (only £3 for UK delivery).
